Molly served as Project Manager for the Worldwatch Institute's collaboration with the German Government to launch a Renewable Energy Global Policy Network (REGPN). She was responsible for organizing a major international workshop in Berlin, including writing a background paper on global public policy networks, drafting a summary report on consultations with more than 50 experts from over a dozen countries; and preparing the workshop meeting summary.

She also researched and co-authored a report called “Renewable Energy in America ,” to be released in early 2005. This report calls for large-scale commercialization of renewable energy technologies in the US , and will be used by the American Council on Renewable Energy and various industry groups to promote renewables and launch a process to develop the necessary policy framework.

In addition, Molly provided research input for State of the World 2005 and other Institute projects, including a policy brief on the world oil market, and congressional testimony on environmental conditions in China that was presented by the Institute's president.

Finally, Molly wrote a piece on global public policy networks for Worldwatch's annual publication Vital Signs 2005.
