MAP's commitment to Sustainable Energy Education is rooted in founder Jane Woodward's teaching of the Energy Resources course at Stanford University since 1990. Today MAP invests in three specific areas of Sustainable Energy Education, devoted almost entirely to activities central to Stanford students interested in sustainable energy.
ENERGY COURSES SUSTAINABLE ENERGY FELLOWSHIPS CATALYTIC INFORMATION EXCHANGE
Teaching Energy Resources and China Energy Systems in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Stanford University—including funding of field trip expenses and support staff. Managing and funding MAP's Sustainable Energy Fellowship Program for Stanford students seeking internship opportunities with leading NGOs in the Sustainable Energy arena. Providing funding, leadership, and other resources to sponsor additional sustainable energy programs and initiatives largely associated with Stanford University.
